How to Enjoy
Rinse and drain 1 1/2 cups for 3-4 people. In a medium pot bring 2 cups of water, 2 tbsp unsalted butter, 1/2 tsp salt and the rice to a boil. Cover the pot, then simmer for 30-45 minutes on low heat, until all the water is absorbed and the rice tender.
