- Beef Kotlet with spicy dipping sauce (10 pieces for 4 people or 6 pieces for 2)
- 2 gourmet cheeses with crackers and olives
- Celery yoghurt dip (Borani-e Karafs)
- Top sirloin steak, boneless, marinated for 24 hours with pomegranates, parsley, lemon juice and zest, red onion, garlic and seasonings. Humanely raised in Prince Edward Island.
- Boneless, skinless chicken breasts marinated for 24 hours in saffron cream, greek yoghurt, lemon, zest and seasonings. Humanely raised in the Niagara region.
- Sautéed mushroom medley topped with caramelized onion.
- Asparagus and peppers with olive oil and Noushe seasonings ready to be roasted.
- Beet salad, barley lentil salad with feta cheese, potato salad with green peas and a tossed green salad.
