Persian Olive Tapenade (Zeytoon Parvardeh)
This Persian Olive Tapenade originated in northern Iran near the Caspian Sea, where locals make it with regional herbs.
Olives, mint, oregano, cilantro, walnuts, pomegranate molasses, oil, garlic and seasonings.
How to Enjoy
It elevates any cheese platter and can be served with thin bread such as lavash, baguette slices or on crackers. To serve as shown, add fresh mint, pomegranates sprinkle with pomegranate molasses.
